Join the Huntsville Master Chorale!

HMC Auditions

  • Auditions will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Huntsville (307 Gates Ave SE)

  • Auditions will be held on July 29, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm, or by appointment

  • Audition Requirements:

    • Sing a prepared art song or aria

    • Sing a sight-reading exercise and prepared excerpt (below)

    • Provide a musical resume including choral and solo experience

  • Singers of all voice types are welcome to audition!

  • We rehearse on Tuesday evenings, August through May

  • Group participation requires attendance at weekly rehearsals, participation in performances, and a membership fee of $150
